Massage Philosophy:

My intention with massage and bodywork is to create a space where clients can experience how they are in their bodies. Becoming centered/grounded within oneself can open or deepen the connection between our body-mind and our spirit. It is in this space that I hope my clients can linger during their sessions. A place where stresses fall away and the mind can quiet, opening to relaxation, self-awareness, and peace.

For my Prenatal clients, massage increases your mind-body connection to your baby, promotes good circulation, and can ease many of the physical demands of pregnancy. Working with your specific desires and needs we can support your body through the changes this amazing process brings.

Your sessions are also a time for you to leave your daily stresses and set your intention for self-nurture and connection with your growing baby.

Postpartum massage and bodywork is a gentle and effective way to regain mobility and a sense of well-being as your body transitions to it's new non-pregnant form. Massage in this phase of your journey decreases the effects of stress on your body, supports your muscles and organs as they return to their previous positions in the abdomen, hips, and back and helps integrate your MamaBody into your new self-awareness.
